The Bylaws of the Rocky Mountain Roundup act as a foundational roadmap to guide the Board and Committee Chairs. While the Bylaws can be amended, most of the revisions needed are functional and operational and are therefore addressed in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Our Bylaws were last updated in the fall of 2010 and are currently under review by an attorney.
